Return & Refund Policy – Great Ceylonese
At Great Ceylonese, we take pride in providing our customers with high-quality products delivered in excellent condition. However, if you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we are here to assist you with a return or replacement.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the issue must be reported within fourteen (14) days of receiving your order. The item must be:
- Unused
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by all original accessories, labels, or documentation
Important: Perishable goods, such as fresh or frozen items, are only eligible for return if they are found to be spoiled or defective upon arrival.

Our team will review your request and provide further instructions. If the return is approved, we'll guide you through the return process. Based on product availability, we will either issue a replacement or a refund to your original payment method.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, and the return is approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 3–7 business days.
Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items returned due to a change of mind
- Incorrect orders placed by the customer
- Opened or used products, unless they are defective
- Perishable items, unless faulty or damaged upon delivery
Exchanges
If you receive a damaged or defective product and prefer an exchange, we will gladly replace the item if stock is available. If a replacement is not possible, a full refund will be issued.
